Skip the guesswork. We'll walk your exterior with you, explain your options in plain language, and give you real numbers you can trust before any work begins.
A siding estimate shouldn't feel like the opening move in a sales pitch, and that's exactly why our crews in Fort Collins, CO handle every visit the same careful way. One of our estimators walks every side of your home, takes precise measurements, and looks closely for warning signs, warped trim, cracked corners, or spots where moisture has been collecting behind the wall. Everything in the estimate ties back to what's actually found during that walk, never a ballpark figure pulled from square footage alone.
After the walkthrough, we lay out your material choices side by side, vinyl, fiber cement, cedar, or metal panels, so you can see how each option changes the total investment before you decide anything. We're also upfront about what might turn up once the old siding is stripped away, such as soft or rotted sheathing underneath. Flagging that possibility early beats an unexpected change order once the crew is already mid-project.
If you're weighing bids from a few different siding companies around Fort Collins, CO, remember that the fine print matters more than the total at the bottom of the page. A cheaper number that skips proper flashing or cuts corners on fastener spacing almost always ends up costing more in repairs later. Our written estimates spell out every step, tear off, haul away, trim detail, and installation, so you're comparing apples to apples. After #YEARS years of putting together siding quotes across the area, we've found that a thorough estimate up front is what keeps a project stress-free from start to finish.
The on-site visit usually wraps up in under an hour, and you can expect your written estimate in your inbox within a few business days after that.
A general idea of your siding's age is helpful, and be sure to mention any specific issues you've spotted, such as drafts, cracking, or peeling.
Absolutely, each estimate clearly states whether tear off and hauling away debris are part of the quoted price so you know exactly what's covered.
